God anoints and appoints individuals to serve in various capacities in the church. Under the leadership of Abe Thomas Oommen, and Sam John (Reji), Exodus takes on the Great Commission given by the Lord, by equipping the church for ministry.
Abe Thomas & Deepa Thomas
With a passion for raising and equipping leaders, Pastor Abe Thomas serves as the senior pastor of Exodus. His vision is to cultivate leaders for service within the local church and to train and send missionaries to establish churches or lead missions in unchurched and unreached regions worldwide.
Pastor Abe is married to Deepa, a psychologist by profession. Deepa is trained in counseling and serves as the Director of the Exodus School of Inner Healing and Deliverance.
God has blessed them with a daughter, Joann Grace. Having completed her bachelor's degree in Communicative English, she is currently undertaking a discipleship training school in Cambodia. She is actively involved in the worship and youth ministry of the church.
Asha Sam
Ladies Ministry | Intercession
Asha Sam serves in the pastoral team and leads the ladies ministry of Exodus. She gives pastoral oversight to the intercessory teams of the church. She is also a trained counselor bringing healing and restoration to many lives.
She is the beloved wife of Ps. Reji who is now with the LORD and she worked hand in hand with him to shepherd the Church.

Ps V J Traven & Junie Traven
V J Traven is a well-known international musician, songwriter, composer, and anointed worship leader. His songs, testimonies, and anointed messages inspire and challenge everyone to a deeper commitment to follow Jesus Christ. His music album "Yesuve Karunamayane" is the first internationally produced Christian audio/video album from India. He travels widely throughout India and many nations to minister in concerts & conferences. He is married to Junie Traven and has three blessed sons- Johnny, Danny, and Nathan.
Ps Mathew Philip & Susan Mathew
Mathew Philip serves as the pastor of Exodus church at Fort Kochi which was started in the year 2007. He was called into full-time ministry after having an encounter with Jesus while he was working with an MNC in the middle east. He is an anointed preacher, musician, and worship leader who ministers powerfully in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He is supported by his wife Susan Mathew who is a prayer warrior and they are blessed with a son Samuel.
